Insurance and Canadian Visa Information Medical InsuranceIf you are a student from outside of Canada, GEOS Language Academy, Victoria, can provide you with emergency medical insurance for your time at our school. The cost of this insurance is $2.00 per day. You may also obtain your own medical insurance, but we strongly recommend that you have good medical coverage while you stay in Victoria.   I love the teachers, students and staff in GEOS. They are very friendly, kind and helpful. I use English at work, so that's why I came here, and at this moment I am the only Swiss student, so this is a very good opportunity to improve my skills a lot. Understanding the cultural differences is interesting; especially Saudi culture because it is so different from mine. I love studying about all of this in the class. Thanks to GEOS, I can understand everything in English, but it's still hard to speak. I would like to be able to say whatever I want in English by the time I go back home. That's my goal.
