  I have been having a good time here. Everyone at GEOS is friendly and kind. It is very comfortable to talk to them. I have gotten to know a lot of cultural differences since I came here and it is very interesting for me. In the class, teachers give us a lot of activities; I can learn English in a lot of different ways which is very fun and helpful to improve my English skills. My host father loves watching Hockey game so I joined school activity to watch a game. It was so exciting especially the fighting. It was good to know Canadian national sports. When I missed Brazilian tea, my mother sent it to me a lot so I made some tea for my classmate, teachers and staff. It was a good way to show my culture. Some liked it and said the tea is like Green Tea, but some didn't like it. I have met people different cultures so I have learned different ways of thinking. That has made me grow up. Yuri Brazil |
