Greetings from GEOS Victoria. Our language school is part of a global network of schools operating in 16 countries around the world. Victoria is a great city to learn English in. GEOS Victoria is located in beautiful downtown Victoria on Vancouver Island. Victoria is the capital city of British Columbia, and a 15-minute flight from Vancouver International Airport. We can also be reached by an incredibly scenic ferry ride from the mainland; you might even see a killer whale on the way. Victoria, also known as the City of Gardens, is a mid-sized Canadian city, where you can practice and improve your ESL skills with EVERYONE! We are surrounded by oceans, mountains, and spectacular scenery, making it the ideal place for a "Language. Culture. Adventure" experience.

Our communicative ESL Language Courses use a comprehensive methodology, and will help you develop and use all of the basic and advanced language skills you will need to live or work in an English-speaking environment.

 Work Co-op Program
 GEOS Victoria assists International ESL students and professionals in gaining an educational work experience in a North American work environment while developing and applying their expertise with the goal of improving their employment opportunities internationally.
Homestay & Accommodation
 The GEOS Homestay Program is intended to give visiting ESL students a first-hand experience of Canadian culture by sharing with their host family in everyday life. As well as being able to use practical English language skills they have learned at GEOS Victoria, it is expected that students will be able to participate in family activities.
School Activities
 Victoria is a great city in which to experience the four seasons. Native Victorians also love to get out and enjoy the city all year-round.
Take a trip to the famous Butchart Gardens, go whale-watching with your classmates in a high-speed Zodiac, head "up island" and go skiing or snowboarding at Mount Washington, or visit Vancouver or Seattle for a quick weekend getaway. Come to learn English, study TOEFL, TOEIC, and experience the best of Canada and the United States at one of our 12 GEOS North American Schools.
